“Texas Inspired Cuisine and World Class Margaritas”
Chef Steve’s Texas inspired cuisine revolves around oak smoked meats sold by the pound including fatty or lean brisket, loaded beef ribs, pork chops, and sausage.
The menu is rounded out with Texas favorites such as chicken fried ribeye, fried catfish, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and homemade pies.
The Cantina specializes in perfecting the traditional margarita. A margarita purist, Chef Steve believes world-class margaritas require only three ingredients: premium tequila, premium orange liqueur and FRESH lime juice. An ample tequila selection includes blancos, anejos and reposados from the finest tequila producers of Mexico.
In addition to a variety of local, domestic and Mexican beers available by the bottle or bucket, the cantina also has a revolving selection of draft beers to choose from.
